Do you offer returns or exchanges?

Absolutely! Please ship your return to our warehouse within 30 days of the purchase date. Once we receive the product, we will issue a refund less a 10% restocking fee. We only offer exchanges for local pick-ups at this time. 

If your product is defective in any way, please reach out to our customer support staff at info@ultimateconfetti.com for a full refund or replacement.
