How to Use: Confetti flick sticks can be deployed by puncturing the foil seal at the top of the stick and flicking it. For best results, use a hard “snapping” or broad waving motion. Confetti wands are designed to be single-use only. Each 6" flick stick contains one handful of confetti, about .4 oz.
